Dr. Damodar Reddy Edla is presently working as Associate Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at National Institute of Technology (NIT) Goa. He received PhD degree in computer science and engineering from Indian School of Mines Dhanbad in 2013. He has published more than 250 research articles and 6 Books by reputed publishers such as CRC Press Taylor & Francis. Dr. Reddy has 15 granted patents in Brain Computer Interface and Sensors. He is a Fellow of IETE, Senior Member of IEEE, ACM and IACSIT and also received several awards such as INSA Visiting Scientist, ACM Eminent Speaker, Asia-Arab Distinguished Faculty Award, CSIR-Senior Research Fellowship, IEEE TIM Outstanding Editor, IEI Chartered Engineer etc. 10 of his Ph. D scholars have been awarded Doctorates. Dr. Reddy was invited as a Visiting Researcher at Saint Mary's University, Canada, Visiting Scientist at Ullster University, Northern Ireland, Visiting Professor at University of Southampton, UK and Visiting Research Consultant at AI Tech, Leeds, UK. Further, Dr. Reddy also has 6 sanctioned research projects of worth more than 4 crores. To the best of his achievements, Dr. Damodar Reddy Edla was enlisted in the ‘World Ranking of Top 2% Scientists, 2023’ released by Stanford University. Dr. Reddy delivered guest lectures, keynote talks and expert lectures in more than 300 Engineering Institutes, Universities.

Dr. Somasundaram has completed his Ph.D from the Niigata University of Pharmacy and Applied Life Sciences, Japan and continued his postdoc research at the same institute. He received the Young Investigator Award at the 6th International Congress on Cardiovascular Diseases in 2011 and the Japanese Circulation Society Young Investigator Award for International Students in 2014. He has received the prestigious Takeda Science Foundation postdoctoral fellowship for his research at Niigata University School of Medicine, Japan. He has returned to India as a Ramanujan Fellow and is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology of NIPER Kolkata. His area of interest is establishing scientific data for the claims of Ayurveda and Homoeopathy systems of Medicine. He works in the Pharmacological screening of natural products and traditional medicine systems for inflammation and heart failure. He is also working on siRNA-based therapeutics for targeting fibrosis of the liver and heart. He is an Associate Editor in the Journal, Frontiers in Pharmacology and an Editorial Board Member and Review editor of various reputed International Journals. He has more than 75 scientific publications and ten book chapters to his credit, in addition to a book edited for Academic Press on Japanese Kampo Medicine. Currently guiding six PhD scholars and guided 20 Master’s students. Google scholar citations – 3153, h-index – 32.

Dr. Govinda Kapusetti is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical devices at National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Ahmedabad. He pursued Ph. D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), 2014. His areas of interest are synthesis and fabrication of smart biomaterials for articular surfaces and musculoskeletal tissue regeneration and care, cancer theranostics, novel nano formulations for drug eluting stents. Engineered approaches such as electrical and mechanical stimulations for regenerative medicine. He has published many research articles and has an H-Index of 12 with 590 citations. He has also received several awards such as National award for Technology Innovation 2013, Ministry of Chemicals and fertilizers, Govt. of India. Global award for best scientific research in medical technology 2012, Canada. Travel Grant Award from DST to attend the symposia on "Frontiers in Polymer Science” at Lyon, France. Travel Grant Award from CSIR to attend the conference on "3rd International Nanomedicine Conference” at Sydney, Australia. CSIR Senior Research Fellow award (2012-14). UGC Senior Research Fellow award (2010-2012). He had also been awarded and successfully completed the Japan-Asia youth exchange program in science titled “Lead by learn: Pursuit of academic excellence in Japan”, funded by the Japan Science and Technology Agency.
